Members can attend any EXECU-FIT, Biceps, Barbells, and Beer, Columbia Club Runners Forum, and Spin Club classes at anytime.
Members who wish to attend classes will purchase a monthly “Class Pass” for $40.00. This will entitle Class Pass holder to attend any class, at any time.
From a member side, If they went to one class each week they would only being paying $10.00/class. If they went to 2 classes each week they would be paying $5.00/each week. There is no better deal in the city!

EXECU-FIT This 30 minute express class is tailored to fit the busy demands of the downtown executive. Created by Columbia Club’s Director of Health & Wellness himself, Execu-Fit will turn your lunch break into a reenergizing workout and have you back at the office before the next board meeting.
Class meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12:00pm in the Health & Wellness Center.

Biceps, Barbells, and Beers If you’re looking to get strong, increase your strength and flex your guns, then this class is for you! With a combination of traditional lifting, power lifting, and olympic lifting you will increase your strength and size followed by a complimentary post-workout draft beer in the French Room!
Class meets every Friday at 5:00pm in Health & Wellness Center.

Spin Club Nothing burns more calories than one of our 45 minute spin sessions! If you want to sweat, destress, or work off last night’s double cheeseburger, we have you covered! Expect a high energy environment with side of calorie destroying workouts that will vary each class.
Class meets every Monday at 7:00am and Thursday at 5:30pm.
