The Club’s newly renovated Health & Wellness Center is fully equipped with brand new Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment. The Life Fitness app, available on iOS and Android, syncs directly to each piece of equipment, complete with tutorials and tracking software, to show you proper use of the equipment and to monitor your daily use in a measurable way.
